Dr. Richard Clark

Richard is a 1969 graduate of Whitehaven High School and served in the US Air Force from 1970 -1974.

Richard received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Lambuth University and his Master of Divinity degree from Vanderbilt Divinity School. He furthered his studies in theology and ministry at Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington, D.C. earning a Doctor of Ministry degree in 2001.

While in the Air Force, Richard met his wife Susan. They were married in October of 1972. Formerly Susan Keller, she is from Delia, Kansas just east of Topeka. They have two daughters, Dawn who is married to Dr. Todd Butler resides in Pullman, Washington and Cathy, married to Rev. Ryan Boatright lives in Huntsville, AL.

Richard and Susan are excited about being in ministry with the people at Covenant United Methodist Church. They are committed to sharing the good news in relevant ways, to providing opportunities for people to come to know the risen Christ personally, and to helping every Christian grow in their journey of faith.
