Alyssa Jones grew up in Collierville, TN as a member of Collierville United Methodist Church and was very active in the Conference as a youth. After graduating from high school, she disovered her passion for ministry as she served on staff at Lakeshore United Methodist Assembly for five consecutive summers, three as a camp counselor and two as a camp program director. Alyssa pursued her other passion, art, at Murray State University as an undergraduate and earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Art with an emphasis in painting. In college she also served as a youth director at Mason's Chapel United Methodist Church for one year and a youth intern at Paris First United Methodist Church for three years. Alyssa joined the staff at Covenant in January of 2012 as the Director of Young Adult Ministries
