The Children's Ministry here at Covenant United Methodist Church is a place where kids are getting excited about God. We are empowering a new generation of disciples. Our goal is to help kids grow in their walk with God by discovering their own passion for worshipping God and serving others. If you want to see what all the excitement is about we want to invite you to take a look at the ongoing programs we offer.
On Sunday mornings we offer nursery and Sunday school for preschool and younger children. Our K-5th grade kids have rotation Sunday School in the Promise Land at 9:50 a.m. We offer Children's Church in our early and late services. We have Orbit on Sunday nights and Bible studies on Wednesday nights. We also have tons of special events going on through the year such as our: Vacation Bible School, Fun in the Son Day Camp, Christmas Pageants, Girl's Princess Tea Parties, Easter Egg Hunts, and a Harvest Festival.
The Mothers Day Out and Preschool program at Covenant offers a warm and loving environment for children from 6 weeks to 5 years of age from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Our program offers trained teachers and a pre-kindergarten curriculum for 3 and 4 year olds. Also, all staff are CPR certified.
