Christmas At Covenant 2019

Have You Heard… The Advent and Christmas seasons can be a very noisy time for our ears, minds, and hearts. At Covenant United Methodist Church, we want to drown out the secular noise and offer the chance to hear what is most important about this time of the year - and the blessing it can offer for everyday of your life.

Have You Heard…  The Messiah is coming! The one that the prophets have foretold. The One that shall be the Savior of the world. The One that is to be born by Immaculate means and without sin. The One who will be Emmanuel - God with us, among us, as one of us.

Have You Heard… In the coming days there will be many ways to hear and experience the coming of the Christ child!

-Children’s Christmas musical “All About That Baby” on December 8th at 6:00pm
-Chancel Choir Cantata “Have You Heard?” in ONE worship service on December 15 at 10:15am
-Sunday Advent worship services at 9:00 and 11:15am on December 1, 8, and 22 are just some of the opportunities you will have to hear the sounds of this holy season.
-Christmas Eve service at 5:30pm on December 24. The Angels of the Heavenly Host will announce the Coming of Christ in the reading of Holy Scripture, the singing of beloved carols, the flickering flames of candles, and the Grace-filled guarantee of Holy Communion.

We hope everyone will come for these events and services and invite others who are seeking to hear the miracle of Christmas!
