Exercise Class with Alice Burns
Join us on Wednesdays at 1:00pm in the Loft area of the Smith Covenant Center for this free exercise class led by Alice Burns. The goal of the class is to stretch and strengthen our bodies including our cores and work to improve balance. Low-impact movements are combined into a routine for practice. Bring mats for floor work and small pillows or towels to roll up for head support if needed. Additional stretching may increase class time.
