Project Transformation Summer Reading Program
Project Transformation is a summer literacy and enrichment camp for children in grades 1-8 that is organized and led by college-age young adult interns. Each summer, Covenant provides a group of volunteers who go to the camp site to read one-on-one with students daily during our assigned volunteer week. In addition, church members support the program by signing up to provide weeknight dinners for the young adult interns at the Memphis Wesley Foundation building. We also participate in various collections to donate books for the PT library, as well as healthy snacks for the campers. Contact Julie Hendrick [email protected] (901) 652-1294
